After graduating from York University with a Honours Bachelor of Arts, I studied law at the University of Ottawa, and obtained a Juris Doctor with a specialization in Dispute Resolution & Professionalism. Throughout my career, I have exclusively practiced family law and have deep knowledge of court procedures as well as mediation.
I am passionate about family law and have continued to deepen my knowledge and skillset in this area of practice. I have gained expertise in international family law matters through specialized course work at Gonzaga University in Italy. I also obtained a masters degree in family law (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018.
I like to apply a practical and individualized approach that reflects the unique needs and goals of each situation by bringing a human element and empathy to the practice of family law.
